Varsity Lacrosse Goes to the State
The Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team defeated Wesleyan in overtime for a final score of 10-9. The Lacrosse Team will be playing Milton High School in the Elite 8 on Saturday, May 2 at 7:30PM at Milton.
Varsity Baseball Team to Play 2nd Round of Playoffs

The Varsity Baseball Team defeated Excel Christian on Friday with a 12-0, 7-0 victory. The Bears will play Wesleyan School on Wednesday, May 13 at 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. for the second round of  playoffs. The admission cost is $7.00 due to this being a GHSA State Tournament. Come out and support your team.Complete baseball bracket can be viewed from the "download menu".

Three Season Athletes Recognized
The Athletic Department recognized all student athletes that participated in a fall, winter and spring sport during the school year. This included 6th grade to 12th grade. This is the beginning of a new tradition at Holy Innocents'.
2009 Scholar Athlete Award
The Scholar Athlete Award is awarded to a senior male and female who demonstrates outstanding academic achievement and athletic excellence on and off the playing arenas. Meg Yanda and Collin Rhea received this award for 2009. Meg will be attending UNC at Chapel Hill and Collin will be attending University of Virginia in the fall.
