Congratulations to Boys Golf and Casey Farrell
The Boys Golf Team competed in Augusta on Monday breaking another school record with a 2- over par 290. They placed third in Class A. Lucas Erlacher was named "Northside Neighbor Male Athlete of the Week". Casey Farrell traveled to Augusta on Monday and shot her personal best! She finished ninth in the state.
Baseball Team to Host First Round of the Class A State Tournament
The Varsity Baseball Team will be playing a doubleheader at Holy Innocents' on Friday, May 8th against Excel Christian Academy. The first game is scheduled for 2:00 PM and the next at 5:00 PM. The admission price is $7.00 due to this being a GHSA State Tournament. Come out and support our Region 5 A Champions this Friday. For the updated playoff brackets, click here
Boys and Girls Track Travel to Class A State Track Meet
Six girls from the track team will be going to Albany on May 14 - 15 to compete in the State Meet. The team finished third in region. Five boys from the track team will be traveling to Jefferson to compete in the Class A Boys State Track Meet. This is on May 7 - 8. Be sure to wish both teams the best of luck!
DeMarcus Acree Signs Letter of Intent
Senior athlete, DeMarcus Acree, will be playing basketball at Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC in the fall. He is one of the two basketball seniors that will be graduating in May. Best of luck to DeMarcus!
Varsity Boys Lacrosse Ends Season in the Elite 8
Boys Lacrosse was defeated by Milton High School on Saturday with a final score of 10-6. The Bears played a tough game with three injured starters on the side lines. Congratulations to the Lacrosse team for a successful season.
