 | The Parents’ Association seeks to enrich our children’s educational experience by working with the administration, faculty, and Board of Trustees. This past school year the Parents’ Association raised over $316,000, which was allocated toward a variety of projects to support all areas of HIES, including: Laptop Program assistance, 2011-13 Capital Campaign, the Annual Fund, financial aid, and a "Wish List' for each division.

| The Balanced Excellence program is a cooperative effort of the Parents’ Association, Fine Arts Alliance and Holy Innocents' Athletic Association. Each year, funds raised through Balanced Excellence dues are divided equally between these organizations in order to support the entire spectrum of academic and extracurricular activities offered at Holy Innocents’. By paying $150 in dues, you help to improve the quality and caliber of our athletic and fine arts facilities, as well as a wide variety of academic programs. In return, your benefits include free admission for your family to home varsity games, all theatrical performances, and Spring Picnic and Carnival.

|  |   Bear WearHouse The Bear WearHouse collects current, gently used uniforms and resells them to parents at a significant savings.
BWH is open every Wednesday during the school year from 8 - 11:00 a.m. in Alumni Hall next to the Alan A. Lewis Primary School. Parents' Association Downloads Caring Bears A newly formed group at HIES, whose goal is to recognize and care for members of the HIES Family. Volunteers prepare meals and deliver them to the homes of the families in need. |

 Cotillion The Cotillion Dance program is conducted throughout the school year for boys and girls in grades 6-8. The program stresses social ease, good manners and dance skills.

 Hospitality
This committee puts on special lunches and breakfasts for the faculty and staff. Volunteers provide food, decorations and hosts for the Faculty / Staff Appreciation Luncheon, Holiday Luncheon and quarterly Teacher Treats.

 Parent Education/North Atlanta Parents' Council Parent Education conducts workshops and classes designed to help with improving parenting skills. The North Atlanta Parents' Council is a group of private school parents that meet quarterly to discuss important issues affecting our children.

 Spring Fling, Fun-Run, Carnival, and Picnic
Saturday, April 28 will find hundreds of students and their families walking and running laps to raise money for a designated charity. Later the same day, families enjoy a great lunch and a fun time at the kid’s carnival.

Bear Wearhouse Sale Dates Bear WearHouse - Your Source for Gently-Used Uniforms
The Bear WearHouse is the used uniform store located on the terrace level of Alumni Hall. It collects current, gently-used uniforms and resells them to parents at significant savings. Uniform items for all divisions and grade levels can be found in stock and volunteers can assist with selecting the appropriate attire for your student. The Bear WearHouse is open every Wednesday during the school year from 8 - 11:00 a.m. The Bear WearHouse also holds two special sales every year--the Fall Sale held during the text book sale in August, and the clearance Tent Sale in late May. The Bear WearHouse is one of the primary fundraisers for the Holy Innocents' Parents' Association.
Current, gently-used uniforms are accepted for donation year-round.
