Commencement for the Class of 2024 was held on Saturday, May 18. It was a wonderful morning for our seniors as they officially became HIES alumni! Nick Morgan, Student Council executive president, and Hun Chi, 2024 Salutatorian, presented readings, while Colin Welden, 2024 Valedictorian, gave the Valedictory Address. There were wonderful student performances from Jailynn Smith, Galen Kilburn and Michael O’Connor before the Class of 2024 was officially presented by Ms. Adrienne Rowe, dean of the Class of 2024. We also wish to extend a congratulations all the Upper School students who were the recipients of Major Awards.

We could not be more proud of this fantastic graduating class as they matriculate to 58 different colleges and universities. Congratulations once again to the Class of 2024 – you will be truly missed at The 805!
