Our amazing WHIS News team had some special visitors in the studio this week! As part of their English classes taught by Maureen Danzig, seventh-grade students stopped by to learn all about our broadcast program, including what goes into producing an episode of WHIS News. With guidance from James Jackson '03, WHIS News co-advisor, the students then created their own segment based on their current novel, "The Outsiders." It was a wonderful opportunity for them to experience storytelling through a new lens and bring their classroom reading to life!
