PEAK Leadership Institute
Passions | Experiential Learning | Authentic Tasks | Knowledge Building
The PEAK Leadership Institute guides student exploration of emerging interests and leadership development through experiential learning, project work and broader career discovery supported by a network of mentors and professionals.
Students hear from distinguished guest speakers, engage in project work with mentorship from professionals, and make frequent expeditions into our city and beyond. As a result of the experiences, students develop a leadership mindset and competencies in teamwork, emotional intelligence, project management, and more. They also have an enhanced awareness of their own strengths, areas for growth, and desired career fields in the future.

In PEAK Survey, students are introduced to the sports and entertainment event marketing industry. While being introduced to the 4 P's of marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement), students focus primarily on Promotion and Placement, leveraging email blasts, social media and print media platforms. As a result, students acquire transferable knowledge and collaborative skills using authentic tasks while creating marketing materials and event promotions for Holy Innocents' Athletic and Fine Art events. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to visit professionals at several Atlanta area Stadiums and Venues.
