NEW! Summer 2027: PEAK Leadership Diploma Distinction Summer Option
To increase access to the PEAK Leadership Diploma Distinction signature program and allow greater flexibility in Upper School course scheduling, we are offering a summer option beginning Summer 2027. Therefore, in addition to the school year option, students may apply for and elect to take PEAK Leadership Experiences Honors as a summer course. Students are eligible to complete this summer course after tenth or eleventh grade only.
This three-week course, offered through Upper School Summer Academics, will include both on-campus and off-campus experiences as well as a travel component. For the inaugural year, the travel component will be an international trip to London. There, students will explore the city, work on a real-world project in collaboration with Lloyd’s of London, visit the offices of Lloyd’s and at least one other technology company, engage with Round Square students from independent schools in the London area and more. The cost of this program is all-inclusive (travel and summer academic fees) and is estimated to be $8,500–$9,500. Students will earn one (1) academic credit. Some financial assistance may be available.
For planning purposes, summer dates are expected to be June 7-25 with overnight travel dates expected to be June 13 - 19 in England.
Once a student completes the summer academic course, they will integrate with the broader PEAK Leadership Diploma Distinction cohort during the following school year. To register your interest for this experience, please fill out this form. Once applications are ready, they will be sent to any student who filled out an interest form, with final applications due in August. This program will be limited to no more than 15 students.
