PEAK Leadership Upper School Curriculum

 

The PEAK Leadership program is open to students by application. A ninth-grade Cohort is enrolled in PEAK Leadership Foundations with the intent that they will pursue the PEAK Honors Recognition and Graduation Distinction over their four years. Any student may apply for PEAK Leadership Experiences and PEAK Leadership Capstone Project; however, students entering in PEAK in ninth grade receive priority for enrollments and other students may be accepted as space allows.

 

PEAK Foundations

Provides a limited engagement with PEAK faculty and partners where 9th grade students are onboarded to leadership development and where they have the opportunity to begin to explore interests.

 

PEAK Leadership Experiences

Our signature year-long course where students explore interests, industries, and leadership via company projects and case studies. Students engage in collaborative project work, learn from outside professionals, and make field visits both within the city and beyond.

 

PEAK Leadership Capstone Project

A semester-long directed independent project where students can pursue an emerging passion or broaden a curiosity.
