We still encourage you to create an application profile in Ravenna for your child, and you may submit a Late Application, in the event we have space remaining following the standard application timeline. This will require a Bypass code. Please reach out to the Office of Enrollment Management to request the code.

We will have a better idea of space remaining in each individual grade following the April 14, 2026 new family enrollment deadline and will consider Late Applications on a rolling basis. Should we receive your application and an opening is available after April 14th, we will reach out to arrange your child's Admission Evaluation/Interview and schedule a campus visit.

Upon submission of the Shared Applicant Information Form in Ravenna, you will be able to keep track of your progress using the checklist that will appear on the upper righthand corner of your screen. A green checkmark indicates we have received the document.

Pre-K3 & Pre-K4

Age Requirements:

Child must turn 3 years old before Sept. 1, 2026 to apply to Pre-K3.

K-Prep

Kindergarten-Prep (K-Prep) is a unique grade offering designed for academically strong students who would benefit from additional foundations for social and emotional growth to develop all the competencies needed for solid success in Kindergarten and beyond.

Ideal students for K-Prep are those with late spring or summer birthdays, seeking to build on their academic readiness, their stamina and social and emotional confidence at a more deliberate pace of acceleration in a smaller group setting.

The K-Prep curriculum is not a repeat of Pre-K4 milestones and differs from the traditional Kindergarten curriculum in intentional and specific ways. Students matriculate to Kindergarten after completing this year of K-Prep.

Relocating & International Families

Out-of-town Families

Relocating is both an exciting and daunting time, and we want to ensure that we don't add any undo stress! We understand that your family may have scheduling constraints that fall outside of our existing admission event schedule. Please reach out to Claire Benedict (Pre-K3 - 5th) or Ripken Gorman (6 - 12th) to plan your family's campus visit. We are happy to make arrangements so that you and your child(ren) don't miss out on experiencing all that we have to offer!

International Relocation Families

We require any international student interested in attending Holy Innocents' to reside locally with a parent, stepparent, or legal guardian. We do not offering boarding, or host family stays and we are not affiliated with any international student programs that facilitate the admission process.

ABC Applicants

Holy Innocents' has proudly partnered with the A Better Chance (ABC) organization for many years and we are thrilled to have you consider being part of our next chapter.

Families referred to Holy Innocents' through the A Better Chance organization will be notified this fall. Once referred, we will reach out to you regarding your application. We partner with the Standard Application Online and Ravenna to support A Better Chance applicants.

ABC applicants are required to submit the Shared Applicant Information Form in Ravenna; however, all other application documents will be pulled from your SAO. Additionally, registration for all admission events, including Campus Tours, Shadow Visit Days, Open House and Admission Evaluations occurs exclusively through your Ravenna profile.
