Division-specific campus tours are offered multiple times each month. We hope you'll join our Admission staff for a tour of the division to which you are applying your child. This is the perfect opportunity to witness teaching in action, view our classrooms, studios and lab spaces, and much more!

Those touring the Upper School will hear from Golden Bear Guides (select 10 - 12th grade student ambassadors) about their personal experiences at HIES!

There is no better way for your child (2nd - 12th grade applicants) to experience what it's like to be an HIES student than by shadowing a current student and spending time in our classes, attending lunch and exploring our campus.

Parents and children are invited to our annual all-school Open House on Saturday, November 15th. This is an ideal opportunity to interact and engage with HIES faculty and students in actual classroom activities and projects. You'll have the opportunity to explore campus, get a taste of the academic experience, hear from our administrators, students and parents. 

All divisions – Primary, Lower, Middle & Upper – will participate in the day's events. Administrators, faculty, coaches, fine arts teachers, grade-level deans, chaplains, admission representatives, as well as officers of the Parents' Association, Athletic Association, and Fine Arts Alliance, will all be on hand to discuss the varied programs and opportunities your family will enjoy at HIES.

• Golden Bear Athletics & Fine Arts Information Session (January 7, 7pm)
  • At Holy Innocents’, students of all ages are given every opportunity to fully tap into both their athletic and creative potential through involvement in our 59 athletic teams and our exciting programs in music, theatre, media literacy and the visual arts. With 24 team state championships and 77 individual state championships to date, and over 125 collegiate athletes, Holy Innocents' has built a rich history of athletic success. From orchestra to broadcasting, technical theatre to directing and writing your own film, and even exploring the intersections of computer science and art, you can discover the artist in you!   • Both the PEAK Institute at HIES and our robust Global Education programs help guided student exploration of emerging interests through experiential learning, project work, and global travel. Join our PEAK Institute and Director of Global Education as they shed light on these unique programs.

• Wellness at HIES (January 21, 7pm)
  • At HIES, we recognize that true excellence extends beyond academic achievement- it encompasses the physical, emotional and social well-being of every individual within our community. We recognize the significant positive impact that prioritizing wellness will have on our school and that wellness begins personally but is sustained in community.
