Athletics at HIES

There's a Champion in You
Four out of five Middle and Upper School students participate in at least one sport.
Athletics are a big part of HIES life. With 56 Middle and Upper School sports teams, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a sport – and if you're like many of our students, you'll participate in two or three. Ours is a proud athletic tradition at HIES, where we set out each season to build winners on the field, and off it as well, emphasizing personal excellence, commitment, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. At HIES, ours is a long list of regional and state championships. But even more, win or lose, we are building champions.
