Established in 1990, SAGE Dining Services® is the nation's leading provider of campus dining services. For 25 years SAGE has worked in partnership with independent schools and private colleges across North America who share a passion for great food, nutrition and sustainability. Chefs tailor menus and prepare meals from scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Every day SAGE provides a variety of lunch options that are nutritionally balanced and taste great. Students can choose from a hot entrée and side at the Main Ingredient® station, make a sandwich that includes a variety of house-roasted meats or house-made tuna and egg salad at the Classic Cuts Deli®, or create their own salad at the Improvisations™ bar.
For those with food allergies, SAGE has developed an Allergen Filter that identifies foods that may contain the top allergens. This system provides students, teachers, administrators, staff, or anyone who has a food allergy a way to make educated decisions about what they can and cannot eat.
