Holy Innocents' Episcopal School enjoys the support of three vibrant parent organizations, the Parents' Association, the Fine Arts Alliance, and Crimson and Gold. Staffed entirely by parent volunteers, the organizations host an array of events throughout the school year, including fundraisers, celebrations, parenting workshops, and community service opportunities. Together, these groups support the school's faculty, staff, and administration and raise funds to continuously improve the quality and caliber of our academic, fine arts, and athletic facilities and programs.
Parent involvement is critical to the success and development of any school. HIES is fortunate to enjoy the dedication and hard work of so many active and involved parents.

Parents of all current HIES students are members of the HIES Parents’ Association (PA). The PA is organized around three key areas: Fundraising events, Community Life programs, and Division- and Grade-Level Representatives.
The Fine Arts Alliance (FAA), established in 2003, is dedicated to promoting and enhancing all Holy Innocents’ fine arts programs including chorus, band, orchestra, theatre, visual arts, and media literacy programs.
Crimson and Gold promotes and encourages the athletic objectives of Holy Innocents' organized team sports, fosters and encourages school spirit and enthusiasm, and raises funds which enhance our athletic programs with equipment, facilities and services
The EXCELLENCE campaign, formerly known as Balanced Excellence, is a cooperative effort of the Parents' Association, the Fine Arts Alliance, and Crimson and Gold (the HIES Athletic Association). Funds raised through the EXCELLENCE campaign are divided equally among these organizations to support a wide spectrum of academic and extracurricular activities offered at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School.
