Of course, good taste and common sense should dictate all choices regarding attire, and the USSP Director will have the ultimate say in whether your child is dressed appropriately. Girls may wear Bermuda shorts, slacks, skirts & dresses (3” above the knee), blouses and girls’ tees, Holy Innocents' logo T-shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets. Footwear: Sandals, Sperrys, tennis shoes, flats, or other closed-toed shoes are acceptable.
Boys may wear Bermuda shorts, slacks, collared shirts, and Holy Innocents’ logo T-shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets. Footwear: Sperrys, tennis shoes, or other closed-toed shoes are acceptable.
Girls: Inappropriate attire includes: visible undergarments, see-through blouses, halter tops, spaghetti straps, low cut necklines, extremely bare back clothing, bare midriffs, work overalls, boys’ undershirt style T-shirts, blue jeans or jean shorts, torn or frayed clothing, opaque tights, workout tights, sweat or yoga pants, or athletic gear. Necklines should be no lower than an imaginary line between the tops of the armpits.
In addition, girls may not use excessive make-up, must only wear tasteful jewelry, may not wear visible piercings other than earrings, and may not have inappropriate hairstyles or colors. Hair must be neatly groomed. Skirts are to be an appropriate length. Tattoos must be covered at all times.
Boys: Inappropriate attire includes: visible undergarments, earrings or other visible piercings, clothing bearing objectionable writing or designs, sleeveless tank-top shirts, undershirts, overalls, coveralls, workout clothing, jeans or jean shorts, athletic gear, or torn or frayed clothing. Tattoos must be covered at all times. No hats or hoodies may be worn in the building. Hair must be neatly groomed, and facial hair will not be permitted.
